Archives and Research

Archival Materials

Over the years a number of archival materials have been donated to the Sports Hall of Fame by the public. These materials are used by staff, volunteers and the public for various research projects on the history of sport. Included amongst the Hall of Fame archival collection are such things as programs, scrapbooks and photographs.

Access to the archival collection is available by appointment. Reproductions of archival materials are also available for a fee. For further information contact the Hall of Fame by clicking here.

In addition to archival materials, the Sports Hall of Fame also has an extensive collection of newspaper clippings on individuals and sporting activities from across the region. Also available is a library featuring books on local and general sports history.
